Glossary of terms

ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning - business applications designed for companies of all sizes and industries, which are used for planning and managing business processes. Often ERP applications are identified as accounting software, but although they have some elements of bookkeeping software, ERP applications are much more than that.

Registered solution ESKA Croatian Localization is developed for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- SLA terms (including customer responsibilities, ESKA responsibilities, response time and response procedure) are part of each customer contract. Part of customer contract is MESA, as well.

Support Lifecycle
- Support Lifecycle terms are part od each customer contract. 

Product Roadmap
- Product roadmap is available upon request to contact for general questions (for active* customers only). Product roadmap change is distributed to all active* customers.

Support Knowledge Database
- Distribution of records from support knowledge database to customer is described in customer contract.
